I am behind time. Due to work commitments, I didn't have much time to study. My heard is spinning on merges and acquisitions topic like

flip-in pill,

flip-over pill,

poison put,

golden parachutes,

greenmail,

crown jewel defense,

pac-man defense,

white knight defense and

white squire defense.

Really makes me laugh.
